Ágata is a Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in psychotherapy with children and adolescents. The interest in Psychology stems from a genuine motivation for care and the desire to help others, seeking to understand each person in their uniqueness and accompany them in a close and empathetic way.
With a psychodynamic orientation, she values the therapeutic relationship as something essential. This approach allows for a deeper understanding of emotions, relational patterns, and experiences that can contribute to psychological suffering.
Her academic and professional trajectory includes completing a curricular internship in a Children and Youth Shelter, an experience that allowed close contact with children and adolescents in different contexts of vulnerability and with different emotional and relational needs. This experience reinforced her interest in psychological intervention in childhood and adolescence and in the importance of understanding emotional and relational development from the earliest stages of life.
Currently, she is deepening her clinical practice, where clinical work is understood as a safe and trusting space in which each person can express themselves and understand their experiences, emotions, and relationships, promoting the development of internal resources and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
