My personal journey of growth and migration, first in Coimbra, then Porto and Lisbon, with a passage through Bucharest, deeply intertwines with my clinical work. Through these experiences, I have learned how identity questions, ruptures, nostalgia, and rebirths are living parts of the human experience and often at the heart of the therapeutic process.
